1.6 million sq. ft. of Geosynthetic Liner Used at 22 Fish Hatchery Ponds for Texas Parks & Wildlife Department
Each year, the Texas Parks & Wildlife Department stocks approximately 40 million fish in public lakes, ponds and saltwater bays produced in the state’s three saltwater and five freshwater hatcheries. Having worked with the fishery to re-line several ponds damaged during the deep freeze of 2019, Mustang Extreme understood it was critical to use the highest quality product and installation standards to ensure the health of the fish.
Mustang Extreme’s team of trained and certified installers installed a total of 1.6 million sq ft of liner to complete the project.
The completed ponds provided local families with the opportunity for a day of relaxed fishing!
